Refund policy

We want you to love your t-shirts! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund within 180 days of purchase. We'll even pay for your return shipping! Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

We will respond to your request within 1 business day and will provide you with a return shipping label.

Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Reimbursement
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at team@built-different.co
